โปรแกรมติดตั้ง Ubuntu ผ่านแผ่น Desktop CD หรือที่มีชื่อว่า Ubiquity (ตัวติดตั้งแบบปกตินะครับ ไม่ใช่ตัวติดตั้งใน Windows) กำลังถูกออกแบบใหม่ และคิดว่าเราน่าจะได้ใช้กันใน 9.10 นี่ล่ะครับ ปัจจุบัน Ubiquity ตัวใหม่นี้ยังไม่เสร็จดี แต่เราก็สามารถดู mockup ของเขาได้แล้วครับ
เท่าที่อ่านดู Ubiquity ตัวใหม่นี้ เหมือนว่าเขาจะเรียกกันว่า Ubiquity slideshow ครับ โดยจะประกอบไปด้วยหน้าต่างๆตามนี้
